Exchange and Return Policy
Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, presentable with their original packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
2) Perfumes must be returned unopened and unused, with no damage to any packaging.
3) Oud oil, Maamoul, Bakhoor, and their derivatives are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4) The buyer bears the costs of return, shipping, delivery, and any other costs associated with returning the product to the company. In the case of a return, the value of the goods will be refunded using the same payment method.
